Tobacco Free Allegheny Coalition
The TFA Coalition is comprised of individuals from various sectors of the community; the Coalition meets quarterly (March, June, September and December). Membership is dynamic and new members are always welcome. The purpose of the coalition is to encourage and inspire thought on various topics related to tobacco and tobacco use. Programs include presentations from recognized experts in tobacco treatment, prevention and public policy, as well as time to network and discuss timely issues. Topics that surface as key to tobacco prevention and control in Allegheny County often result in the formation of a working group.
