August 20, 2010 - Philadelphia Regional Training

This training is sponsored and endorsed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health -  Division of Tobacco Prevention and Control, the Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Programs, the Department of Education and by the Student Assistance Program (SAP) Interagency Committee and is coordinated locally by Philadelphia Department of Public Health, regional contractor for Philadelphia Pennsylvania tobacco prevention and control.

Registration for this training is limited to 125 people; due to an overwhelming response we have reached capacity. If you are still interested in attending this conference please fill out the below form and you will be placed on a waiting list. Those on the waiting list will be contacted if spaces become available on a first come first serve basis.
